Bulk Disc-Cleaning Discounts

The more discs you send, the less you pay per disc. Simply select the total number of discs using the quantity selector. The correct discount will be applied automatically in your basket—no discount code is required.

1–4 discs = £2.49 each
5–9 discs = £2.24 each = 10% off
10–19 discs = £2.12 each 15% off
20–49 discs = £1.87 each = 25% off
50 discs or more = £1.67 each = 33% off

Only the highest qualifying discount applies. Discounts do not combine, and the final basket total may vary by a few pence due to automatic rounding.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

1. ORDER ONLINE AND SEND YOUR DISCS

Complete your order online, securely package your discs and include a note showing your order number.

You are responsible for the cost of posting the discs to us. The postage charge added during checkout covers the return postage from Second Save Gaming back to you after the discs have been cleaned. It does not cover the cost of sending your discs to us.

Our postal address and packing instructions will be provided after you complete your order.

2. PROFESSIONAL DISC CLEANING

Once received, each disc is inspected and professionally cleaned using specialist disc-cleaning equipment.

Eligible discs are cleaned, securely packaged and dispatched back to you within six hours of confirmed receipt during our operating hours.

Our professional cleaning process has a very high success rate at visibly improving the cosmetic condition of eligible discs. Surface marks and light scratches can normally be removed or significantly reduced, often leaving discs looking close to new.

3. RETURNED TO YOU

Your cleaned discs are carefully checked, securely packaged and posted back to the delivery address entered during checkout.

The postage charge paid with your order covers this return journey. We will notify you when your discs have been dispatched and provide tracking details where applicable.

IMPORTANT SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Disc cleaning is a professional cosmetic cleaning and resurfacing service. It is not a guaranteed repair or data-recovery service.

We do not test or guarantee whether a disc functioned before it was sent to us, and professional cleaning cannot guarantee that a faulty, unreadable or non-functioning disc will work afterwards.

Cracks, chips, warping, label-side damage and damage to the disc’s data layer cannot be repaired. Deep scratches might also remain or might already have caused permanent damage.

The purpose of the service is to improve the cosmetic appearance and surface condition of the disc. Results will depend on the type, location and severity of the existing damage.

We will perform the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in this description affects your statutory consumer rights.
